Chef’s Table and United have teamed up to introduce 10 new, exclusive meal experiences to the United Polaris® international business class menu. Chef’s Table has enlisted 11 world-renowned chefs from four continents – representing United's seven U.S. hub cities and key international gateways in London, Tokyo and São Paulo – to curate regionally-inspired meals that will launch onboard on August 1st. The line-up of chefs includes: include Nancy Silverton (Los Angeles), Fariyal Abdullahi (New York/Newark), Manu Buffara (São Paulo), Jenner Tomaska (Chicago), Justin Yu (Houston), Penelope Wong (Denver), David Barzelay (San Francisco), Isabel Coss & Matt Conroy (Washington, DC), Tomos Parry (London) and Tashi Gyamtso (Tokyo).
